Full RV TOOL KIT 100% GUARANTEE

Isham Inc. guarantees that our RV Tool Kit contains brand new tools and not rebuilt or reconditioned tools that may have hidden defects.  We guarantee that you will be happy with your purchase.  If not, simply return the tool kit for a full refund, less shipping cost.  If you would like to "test drive" more than one product, for example your may order two different sizes of rivet guns, try them out and you can return one and keep the one you prefer.  Your only cost will be the return shipping.  Returns under this guarantee assume that the tools are still in new condition.  Our tools have a lifetime warranty. 

PAYMENT

Isham Inc. accepts VISA or MasterCard, Money Orders, PayPal, Wire Transfer, company checks and personal checks in advance of shipment to allow time to clear the bank.  VISA and MasterCard orders require the shipment to be made to the exact billing address of the credit card holder to preclude credit card fraud.  All credit card orders must include a valid phone number.

SHIPPING

U.S. 48 STATES, APO AND FPO.  Orders received by 3:00 PM Central Time will generally be shipped the following business day via USPS Priority mail.  Large orders including Tool Kits and DRDT-2 dimplers are subject to availability and are generally shipped via FedEx Ground.  Invoice will include shipping charges, insurance and handling (if applicable).  All high-dollar purchases require insurance.  No COD orders.

ALASKA, HAWAII & P.R.  USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail are available.

CANADA.  FedEx Ground, USPS Global Priority or Express Mail is available. Street address and published telephone number are required. Payment must be in U.S. FUNDS.

INTERNATIONAL.  FedEx, USPS Global Priority Mail and Express Mail are available.  Rates vary. Payments must be in U.S. FUNDS. VISA and MASTERCARD orders require additional verification from the Card Issuing Bank to confirm the shipping address prior to International Shipment.  Include card number, expiration date, name on card and the billing address for the card along with the Banks contact information. If Wire Transfer of funds is preferred, routing information will be given. Customer is responsible for cost of all transportation, duty & taxes.

Isham Inc. strives to ship all orders complete.  If there are items on backorder Isham Inc. will pay for the additional shipping associated with shipping the backorder item(s) so the customer is not penalized for this.  If a backorder item is more than 1-week longer than the balance of the shipment Isham Inc. will notify the customer in advance for instructions on the order.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Isham Inc. will provide “special order” items (items not generally stocked and inventoried) as requested by the customer.  Special order items must be paid for in advance and are not refundable.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Isham Inc. makes every effort to provide product specifications exactly as provided by manufacturers and suppliers.  These specifications are subject to change without notice.  Isham Inc. diligently works to provide accurate product, delivery and price information.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  In the event of an error Isham Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order and correct any error, inaccurate information and/or omission whether or not the order has been processed by the credit card processor.  If an order is cancelled by Isham Inc. because of an error a credit will be issued for the same amount of the credit card charge.

WARRANTY

Most of the tools we carry are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship.  Tools that are manufactured and sold for commercial or industrial uses are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the normal life of the product.

THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS.  In no event shall Isham Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damage.  

WAIVER OF LIABILITY.  Isham Inc. shall not be liable for damage, loss or repair of any kind in connection with the use of products.  All products purchased will be used at the purchaser or users risk.  Anyone purchasing and/or using any product purchased from Isham Inc. is personally responsible for the proper and safe use of the product and assumes responsibility for any and all damages or injury of any kind, including physical injury or death, which may result from that products use.  Products provided by Isham Inc. have potential risks for the user.  By purchasing products from Isham Inc. the customer acknowledges these risks and further agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, protect and defend Isham Inc. against any and all claims involving the product(s) purchased from Isham Inc.

RETURNS

Isham Inc. strives to provide high quality products and we stand behind our products.  If you receive an item that is defective you may return it for an exchange.  Isham Inc. may provide a corrected product of equal or greater value for the exchange.  Isham Inc. will pay for the shipping.  Returns may be made within 30 days.  Returns made for other reasons not related to a specific defect are subject to the following: All freight charges on returned items must be prepaid.  Any originally provided “free” shipping & handling will be recovered and a 15% restocking charge will be made.  No returns on special order items.  If you have a return to make contact Isham Inc. by email at planetools-at-cox-dotnet to make advance arrangements and to obtain the correct shipping address for the return.
